OUR STORY
At the age of 11, Jared Dorsey started a neighborhood lawn business with an electric scooter and a little yellow wagon in tow. He saved all his earnings to continue buying new equipment and expanding operations. By the time he was 16, he had enough to buy an F-250 and a 16-foot trailer. A few months later, he started hiring full-time employees and already owned four vehicles by the age of 18. It was a tough decision to leave his business behind, but he decided he would attend Baylor University for continued education. He asked his mom and current manager if they would run the business while he was away so when he returned he would be able to grow the business from where he left off. Jared graduated with a BBA triple major in Entrepreneurship, Business, and Real Estate. Jared returned to a stable business that had plateaued growth since he left for Baylor. Since Jared's return, he has been able to lead Everything Outdoors with the help of a great team at a growth rate of an average of 95% per year. Jared and his team look forward to the future growth of the company and the impact they can make on the community around them.
